Customer service - print postage at home

I had a problem printing out postage yesterday. I called stamps.com and they got right to work helping me. It turned out that when I had restored my computer a few days ago that for some reason even after I re-installed the stamps.com software, I still couldn't print postage. Plus I was printing using different labels. Customer service was very patient while helping me throughout this hour long process. It turned out that the problem was with my printer. When we finally got the printer to work, it started printing all of the labels at once with the wrong information. Not only did the customer service representative help me, but he instantly reimbursed the postage that had printed wrong. I think we were reimbursed over ten times. The representative was kind and very helpful throughout the process. I recommend stamps.com to anyone that would like to save time and money by printing their postage at home or office without going all the way to the post office (5 miles for me) and saving much time too. I also like the way I can have my stamps stock with my company logo included. It just makes good business sense to me.
