Since signing up for this service, it has saved our administrative assistant 30 minutes a day that he normally spent in line at the post office. I work for a large non-profit that mails out a lot of letters and supply kits to donors and community groups. This service has saved us time while maintaining the professional look that we demand for our outgoing mail.
Although we don’t take advantage of Stamps.com shipping savings on Priority and Express mail because we send everything first-class, we do use the tracking feature. We have stopped ordering special envelopes because Stamps.com can print everything right onto a plain envelope, including our logo. The software lets you print on standard labels from any store, which saves us money.
One thing I wish Stamps.com knew is that printer configuration to print your postage can be pretty hard. I did get help from a customer service agent, but I wish it was easier. Also, postage refunds take a little longer than I'd like. Otherwise, I'm happy with your service.
