We run a medium-sized business selling on eBay and on our own online website and have been a Stamps.com customer for about 5 years now. Stamps.com is by far the easiest and most user friendly platform that we have found to print online postage. Not only are you capiable to print domestic postage, Stamps.com is one of the few applications that allows you to print USPS First Class Mail International postage.
With their new eBay application that allows you to "BATCH" all of your eBay sales into one location and complete your postage all at once, the application is also able to convert back over to your eBay account and not only marked your item shipped in My Ebay but they also send an email with shipment information to your customer if you would like.
With the Stamps.com postage program, you can also go into you account and review your shipments sent, track the packages and you can also print a SCAN for to take to the Post Office so that all of your DOMESTIC packages are scanned in as accepted by the postal hub.
There have been a couple of times that I have called their Technical Support Center and every time, I leave the call with not only my issue solved but also feeling like a valuable customer.
In the future, I would love to see them intrigrate the application to make the SCAN for being used for International packages as well.
