I've used stamps.com for over seven years, and I have been very happy with their service! There are places that offer similar products, but these places don't provide the awesome support that I get with stamps.com.
I print hundreds of labels for my small business. I try to be careful, but I make printing mistakes (I'm human, after all).
One time, I made a very costly postage mistake and the USPS denied me a refund on the postage due to a technicality. Stamps.com stepped in and offered to credit my account. Stamps.com provides service when the post office WON'T.
Service is key. Because of the wonderful service stamps.com provides, I will be a customer for life!
