Couldnt believe the service we got at applebees ocala, fl. My mother in law decided to take me and my husband out to eat before she left to go back home to orlando. When our food came out I noticed that my order was wrong, I managed to get the managers attention that was walking by and said that I ordered boneless wings and that was not what I got. I apologized for the mix up. Well our server, Christina, finally walked by our table and said to me next time be more specific when I ask you what you want to eat. My mother in law got so mad when she heard her say that to me that we almost left still eating. After that we spoke to the manager again telling him about this incident. He apologized and asked if there was anything he could do for us, we needed refills, and my mother in law's salad came out with no dressing, he said ok be right back. Never saw him again. Then Christina comes over with the check, as we are still trying to eat, asks us if we need boxes I said yes please. She returns with boxes starts to box up my food as I'm still eating it, saying would you like this sauce in a little bowl, takes it with her to the back to put it in a bowl. Im thinking great shes probably tainting with it because we werent enjoying our experience. Needless to say I left that bowl on the table. We have never had any problems with applebee's staff before. My mother in law says she will never go back and my husband says we will just order to go next time. They should be happy they still have jobs in this poor economy.
