I'd an extremely damaging encounter with Lisa Gillett Incorporate Guest Relationships. Lisa handled and asked me just like a legal despite the fact that I am the target. She lied tome about various things. Lisa said she'd invested lots of time responding to my emails when it had been someone else who responded to my emails. She stated the supervisor named me twice when it had been only one time. She stated she'd named me often when she'd just called me once. Lisa was really rude, unjust, and inconsiderate. She did not worry about what I (the client) want or do not need. She required that I behave based on what she or even the cafe wishes. Lisa lied that I decided to publish my issues using the check quantity moving forward and 'this can make sure your remarks are resolved quickly from the Visitor Relations group.' - accusing me due to their own sluggish reaction and quality, when their slowness had nothing related to the check quantity.
