I went to applebbees on 7/23 at 10:30 pm with my friend and brother. When we first walked in, we had to wait for the host to stop makin out with her boyfriend before we could get seated. Our waitress came to the table to take our order and while we were ordering she was not listening nor was she writing anything down. Needlless to say we didnt get our food til almost two hours later. We timed it and had to wait a whole hour just to get a refill. We had already told the waitress we needed refills and she said ok. We waited for an hour and our waitress was nowhere to be found. I finally found her in the bathroom. She was on the phone sitting down. She finally brought our food and refills but when she did the food was cold. We tried to find a manager but we did not see one for the whole time we were there. We decided we were not going to pay for this service. The manager finally came over and told us we had to pay even though we didnt even eat the food. When we told her why we were so upset the waitress started hollering at us. The manager told her to go to the back then told us she didnt care if we had a bad experience and that we had to pay or she was going to call the cops. We paid and left. This was the worst experience i have ever had at any restaurant. On top of that they didnt even have half of the things that were on the menu. We ordered five different dishes and they came back and told us that they didnt have any of it. The waitress's name on the ticket read Devin B. We did not even eat the food and still had to pay for it.
