My father and I took my mother there for mothers day. We were a little late with making reservations, and all they had was 4:30 available for dinner. Since my mother had been dieing to go there since the restaurant opened we took it. We get there around 4:20 and had to wait almost 30 min to be seated. After I went to the hostess stand to ask what the hold up was. Once we were seated we looked around, there were empty tables everywhere. What was the reason for the wait? A waitress comes over after about 15 min, by this time its a little after 5pm. Takes our drink and appetizer order. It took about another 15 min just to get our drinks, two waters and a lemonade! After waiting about 30 min for our appetizers we decided we should probably order our main entres. We all order three salads, 45 min later they arrived. There still weren't many people in the restaurant. Once again what was the hold up? As we are eating we see full entres come out of the kithen that were not on the menu that we recieved. My mother looking confused and so upset, we flagged down our waiter, and asked what was up and why we werent offered what clearly was the dinner menu. We were told that it was because our reservations were for 430 and they didnt start serving dinner until 5pm. We weren't seated until close to 5 we didnt even order our drinks until a little bit after 5 and people that were sitting before us had ordered off the dinner menu! I asked to speak to the manager. It took almost 20 min for the manager to come and speak with us, after she passed by our table almost 10 times. She finally comes over and when we tell her that we were dissatisfied with our visit and the reason why all she could reply with was "oh thats a tough one" Are you serious?! She apologized and was like "Yeah we dont serve dinner until 5, this is really a tough one, no one offered you a dinner menu?" clearly not! After telling her that we asked her over here not to chat but to tell her that we were dissatisfied, not with our server, but just the fact that we were not told that there were two different menus, and it took forever for us to receive everything. And as a manager what are you going to do about it. She says that shes going to see what she can do and leaves. 5 min later our server comes with our check. Nothing was taken care of! I go find the manager and tell her that she needs to come back to our table. The server comes back and takes the check and brings a new one. The manager only took off the appetizer and came over and gave us free appetizers coupons as well as her card for the next time we decide to visit. And reminded us like we were school children that dinner starts promptly at 5! Unbelievable!
