I have just a little over 2,000 to pay off my mortgage so I called and of course I did not get an English speaking person. I was informed that I cannot pay off my loan at a bank branch. I had to send it somewhere else. My principal balance is 2,186.73. I want to pay it off next month but was told I have to send a check or wire money elsewhere. To me that means they will just add more interest. I hate Citibank. I will be glad to be rid of them.
