I already have an existing mortgage with Citibank. When interest rates were all time low, I decided to refinance existing loan. I sent required documents and were told that the house had a rent sign in front and therefore the interest rate would be higher than initially quoted. I told them the house was not up for rent. They flatly denied the loan after taking $480 for refinancing fees. Citibank is a big scam and not sure who regulates them.
