Failed to receive 100 dollar visa card reward for internet, phone/home and wireless, and direct tv services

Should att dsl internet in july. Had att home telephone support and changed to att wireless 450 strategy in sept, have direct television and all balances except direct television are on a single bill. Around this criticism no credit reward card has been obtained. Additionally there is to have now been A30 buck credit card for purchasing att wireless support bundle. Complete incentive card sums owed, 100 dollarvisa card and 30 buck credit card.
