I have a property damage insurance check that needed to be endorsed by Citibank. After finding the branch closest to me, tried to contact that branch to ensure that if I traveled the 40 minutes to them that they would be able to assist me.
I spent at lead 5 minutes with the operator due to: a. Operator was difficult to understand b. Had to explain why I wanted to contact the branch directly.
Also the property department at Citimortgage couldn't look up the branch closest to me; they could only provide me with an 800 number.
