Ripoff, charges late and overlimit fees Beverton

My payment was made on line 5 days before due date and marked to be posted on 9/28/03, I received my next statement showing no payment made and over $200.00 in fees. I then called the number on the statement and spoke to someone in accounting and he said it was an erron on their part and would remove all fees. Payment was then posted. The next statement same thing only more fees were added. The number now does not let you reach a "live person". So after many hours I did reach the same person again today, and said it again was an error on their part. SO we will see the next statement? Something needs to be done with these RIP OFF companies!!
