OK, first they inconvenience us with taking away our charging priviledges at our favorite stores, our orders are now screwed up, they send us a statement for $35 late fee charges and the statement says no payment due at this time. I attempted to do a check by phone, when you press the number for customer service the line conveniently disconnects, not once, but about 20 times over a weeks period.
I now have $70 in late fees and my statement says no payment due. Has FCNB closed their call center too? Are their no customer service people employed anymore?
