Home Affordable Modification

I have been trying to get a modification on my loan and for the past five months all that Chase has done is request the same forms that I have mailed or faxed to them. When I call to follow up on the status of the modification you are told that everything is fine, then a week later you recieve a letter requesting for more documets. It's all GAME!

Yesterday, July 21, I received a letter that Chase had transferred our loan to another lender. Someone from CHASE called today, July 22 to verify our information and I asked why they're calling if our loan is being transfered July 31 to IBM Lender Business Process Services, Inc., they told us that we would have to redo all of the paperwork/modification with the new bank.

Chase Bank is the worst bank to do buiness with, they do not know what they're doing and I feel that they like to give you the run-around & they're not doing a thing to help me out. I am very disappointed in the way you are doing business!
