While we were working with Chase to do a loan modification they put our home in foreclosure, put a notice on our door on December 7. I called and asked why when we were working on a modification, they said that just because we are working on the loan modification it would not stop the foreclosure from happening. I asked what about the Obama thing that you have to work with the homeowners. They said nothing. All through December they asked for information I sent it fed-ex next day so I would have signatures they would say it was not in their system yet. They would tells to call back the next day, I would hang up and call again and the next person would tell me that the underwriter has it and is reviewing the information. I ask to be transferred to that person and I would be placed on hold (forever) or disconnected. This went on January 4 Chase sold my house in auction, even though we were doing a loan modification. Now I have till January 31 to get out. The kicker is Chase ruined our credit so we can't get even get an apartment complex to accept us. But the CEO's at CHASE have a home to go to everyday. But me being disabled and having a disabled daughter and a younger daughter and my husband are now going to be on the street.
