I called to speak with Chase about the status of my Loan Modification that I had already submitted twice after a 2 month stay in the hospital only to find out they had decided I made too much money to qualify for a modification.
I tried to explain to them that this was my 2nd mortgage and if considering my first mortgage with another lender should qualify for the loan modification. They told me I was passed on to eminent foreclosure! That was 10 months ago and the still call me daily about applying for a loan modification!
