I have waited since July for a home modification loan. I have given all documents requested (about 1 a week)
When I contacted Chase the last time, I was told I did not qualify as I hadn't
Filled all the forms. I could not believe it. And also, I have been paying $700. A month only to be told the money does not go to my loan but to a general fund on home modification loans. I need some kind of answer that lets me know when the loan will be approved.
