I will be sending a consumer complaint to the North Carolina Attorney General Office. The complaint is simple, they keep violating the DO Not Call list and this time I hope they get fined for each violation. Every time they call I log another complain against BofA with donotcall. Gov. BofA was told back in March to stop calling my cell phone. I do not have any BofA products or services and have not ask for any products or services from BofA. BofA admits that they are calling the wrong number, but will not stop. When you contact them about this problem, the response is that they do not care!
