Forget lawyers, go STRAIGHT to your state Attn. Generals office and file your complaint

I tried to communicate with BofA with no luck. So did my attorney for two years. I contacted the Attorney General's office and presto! BofA started communicating right away! Just don't waste your time on a lawyer before you check with the Attn. General. They work for free and have the power to shut down a ripoff business.
