Bank of America should be ashamed for not keeping up with the current financial crisis and meeting the needs of their loyal customers. I held a credit card with BofA for over 10 years and have always been in good standing. I worked hard to accumulate 45,000 World Points. Due to my foreclosure, BofA decided to cancel my credit card, without any warning what so ever. Even though I could not keep my house, I continued to meet my financial obligations with BofA. To add injury to insult, I was not even given the opportunity to exchange my World Points. All those years of loyalty down the drain. I am absolutely stupefied by BofA conduct.
