Ordered the "free" trial of colotox and found my credit card was charged for $45.00. Went on to online chat and found it was not a real person but a virtual agent who kept asking me to place an order. Sent 6 emails to which no one responded. Waited the 72 minutes hold time allowed only to be hung up on! Now I need a return authorization number and am unable to get in touch with them. And has anyone seen that there is also a "membership" with this product—I believe I may have been charged an additional 10.00 this month again!!
