Ok. My fellow FCNB victims. I finally heard from the company via letter of course. And this time which I just noticed thanks to you guys, not only where they trying to charge me a late fee for a payment they got on time, but they decreased my Account limit and then added an over the limit fee. I have contacted the Credit Bureau but have not heard anything yet and wil be joining the rest of you in contacting the BBB and FTC. It is great to know that I am not the only person goig through this mess but I know it will be taken care of.
PS is it me or is this yet another new address for this comany. And by the way on the bil there is no name of any company or anything on it either. It just says speigle card.
