I too have gotten statements from FCNB that were either late or on an every other month basis. Of course there was the $35.00 late fee. Calls to Speigel were to no avail since they were not handling the account. Calls to FCNB got nowhere at all.
All I know is that we bought an approximately $500 item, have paid almost $600 back and now are getting over limit charges (our limit is $600) on occasion as well.
I agree with the many other reporters out there, these people need to be stopped!
BTW The service we got from Speigel was excellent. Our order was promptly delivered in perfect shape. We have no complaint about the product or that part of their service.
