FCNB ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees when I sent payment early Portand

I too was charged late fees when I had sent my payment early and was unable to contact a person to speak to when I received my bill. I then sent them a certified letter, complaining and demanding an explanation while sending my next payment early. According to the USPS web site this is what happened next. The letter was accepted on June 23, they had to forward it from Portland, OR, to Norcross, GA 30010 on June 26, the USPS then attempted to deliver the item on July 2, according to my bank the payment wasn't posted until July 10. Oh and yeah, they posted a $35 late payment fee for my payment. Now that

I've read all the reports, and have many different addresses and phone numbers I will try to contact them again.in the mean time I will report them to the BBB and FTC as suggested. I would also like to join any class action suit. Thank you to all who wrote, you helped me.
