When FCNB went bankrupt these thieves took over the acounts and I have been charged over the limit charges every month for the last year in a half approximately, of $35. I have incured over $500 in over the limit charges. I wasn't over the limit until FCNB dropped my available balance to below the, at that time present balance. It is ludicrious and ridiculous to think that they can get away with this.
