FCNB Credit Card
First Consumers National Bank FCNB RIP OFF CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT WENT BANKRUPT IN 2003

I opened my FCNB credit card in 2000 with a $400 credit limit.
In 2003 the company went BANKRUPT and then closed automatically.
My account was then transfered to this 3rd party processing center.

I got charged with alot of late payment and over the limit fees in 2004.
Even though I could not make any charges b/c it was closed.
You could not even talk to a live person only a voice mail.

On my credit report it says that I now owe $1522.
This is a total RIPOFF.

Is there a class action suit out on FCNB?
