I had two unauthorized charges from this company, I called in the trial period they gave you to cancel the service and they gave me a cancellation number and today I realized that they charge me for two months $160 when I called this guys they told me that I never called them to cancel and that the effective date of the cancellation will be today, unfortunately I lost the cancellation number and I do not have any evidence to fight with them, I already place a claim in the econsumer and I am going to place a claim in my bank. I do not know what else we can do, we need to stop this guys...
