There is two unauthorized charges for $11.95 on my card. One from June 02 and Today July 01. I called to cancel after the 30 days trail period. Now I called in to inquire, I am be told that there is no record of me canceling.instead of dealing with my issue the Customer Service Rep. Tried to sell credit protection. It was just like the $23.90 should not matter to me. Please be careful when you apply make sure you get a cancellation number and the name of the Rep. Because you will have problems trying to cancel and getting any money back that charge to your account.
