First off, I see that I am not the only one that has gotten ripped off! This company has attempted to take 149.00 out of my checking account two times already! I called the 1-800 number and was told all of my personal information that I did not give out in the first place! They told me to file a police report if I dispute the charges! Then they said if I was lying, charges would be brought up against me? I guess everybody of consumer complaints is lying as well then!
I was given a cancellation number and to make sure the representative repeated it three times to me! Being that they taped the conversation they have the phone recording on file! I called back to get a e-mail confirming the cancellation and I was told they don't do that!? So do you mean I have to go by the number they gave me over the phone? What kind of business is this?
I spoke to someone totally new the second time I called and do you know they gave me a second cancellation number! How do you get two numbers for one cancellation? Something is seriously wrong here! All I know is that, I want my money back and my overdraft fees taking care of as well! If this complaint was not valid, then everyone else on this website are liars! Anything to make a buck these days, huh?
