I called to cancel within the 14 day "free trial" period because the website would not allow me to cancel via their website. When I called, I was told by "Emily" Rep#: 2094 that she could not find my account anywhere as if I was not a customer. As such, she could not provide me with a cancellation number But, she would forward my cancellation to her manager and the manager would contact me via email with my cancaellation number. I told Emily that I had a bad feeling about this that somehow my "account" would magically show up come time to charge me for the next month because she couldn't put my cancellation into my "account".
Just as I suspected, I never received an email from ANY manager with a cancellation number and last night, I noticed they charged my bank account for $83.18, then 2 more charges of $1.95 and $2.00. When I called the company about it, my "account" magically shows up BUT NO Cancellation was ever entered! Go figure! Then they entered my cancellation date as TODAY thus refusing to refund the charges! I asked to be transferred to a manager and what put on hold for 47 minutes before I finally hung up!
I called my bank and turned the charges in as an UnAuthorized charge. I'll get my refund through my bank and THEY (the company) will have to repay the bank... With a fine! I did tell the customer service person at the company that I was going to do this.
DO NOT EVER PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT. It is only a little bottle full of gren grass-like powder called "antioxidents" yea right. Fool me once, shame on you but fool me twice... Never!
