Resveratrol Ultra
Unauthorized Charges

I too was scammed. I ordered from the Internet Ad in conjuction with Dermitage since they both seemed to be a part of the same ad. I received my Dermitage a week before I received the Resveratrol. I have only had the Resveratrol since 6-4-09, which has only been 4 days. I placed the so called free trial order, on 5-25-09. Today is 6-8-09 and my account has already been charged the 87.13. I was livid. I immediately called 866-949-0138 which was the number from the page i printed showing I was to be charged only the shipping charges. The person I spoke with was able to find my account after about 20 minutes of looking and I was told they only showed a charge of. 99 shipping. I told her that there were funds on hold on my account and i wanted them credited back NOW. I was told to fax a copy of the charges from my bank to 800-573-5302 attn: Ray Johnston. I then called my bank and was told I had to try to resolve first with the company etc. There is only a 14 day trial period, which if you count from the date of the so called free trial period today is the 14th day. No where did I see anything saying there was such a short trial period. I called back and spoke to someone else and did make a cancellation today and received a cancellation order number and was then offered a chance to purchase monthly product for 14.98 a month. I laughed in the guys ear and said i wouldn't care if you gave me a lifetime of free product, what they did was unethical and I would certainly not accept their offer. I now have to fax all of the info to the fax number given and I'm sure that "Ray Johnston" does not exist, it is an American sounding name to cover for a foreign business.By the way, the person I spoke with today was not American and had a name of Wesley which I am sure is an alias. I know for a fact a lot of companies will not allow their employees to use real names, they are given so called "nick names" to use when making or taking calls. I asked "Wesley" when i would see my account issued a credit and I was told I had to fax the charges first and then it would go to the "supervisor". I guess that means when pigs fly. I have never had trouble with any internet purchase before but am so very disappointed in this scam I will from this point forward be very wary.
