I have been contacted from RJM Acquisitions Funding LLC Account (AKA: Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC Majestic Visa). They have told me that I have been selected for the Majestic visa fresh start solution. They say that I have a debt of $4001.00 with Bank of America. They are offering me a pre-approved, unsecured visa card with a $1,200 credit special to help me reduce this debt.in 1976 My Mother Co-signed a loan from Bank of America for $2,000. The loan was a three year loan that I paid off in a year. That is the only dealings that I have had with the Bank of America. I owe no debts to any collection agency. I recieved this letter from them with these statements when I picked up my mail on Friday May 6. I ran a credit report on May 8 with Experian. To investigate my concerns about their claims. Not to my surprise they were not on my credit report.
In their letter they said to stop further phone calls on your old debt you needed to accept this special offer. I have never received a phone call for any debt. They said that if I have any questions regarding this proposal please feel free to contact them at 1-888-516-6534. They also said I had 30 days to respond to their proposal before fruther action is taken.
