In the 6 months Homecomings was my mortgage company they: charged me for late fees, sent the mortgage bill to the wrong address twice (probably so they could charge me for the late fee). When i called them to find out why the bill was arriving in the mail past the due date, they informed that i should pay the bill regardlless. I then called them to tell them I had reported them to the Better Business Bureau and would be continue to do so every month my bill came late. As a result, the bills started coming on time.
