Ripoff Charging me late fees when I'm not late

Not mailing my bill to me. So i call them and ask about my bill. They tell me sometime they forget.

Charging me late fees when i'm not late about three or more time. Sending me bills saying my account is past due when i already pay it.

They charge me overlimit fees. They me how i'm going to pay off?
