There is no good to be said about this company and my dealings with them. My fun started when the previous fraud of a bank First Plus went belly up and Fairbanks ended up with my loan that was 2/3's of the way paid off. So I start making payments to these smucks and EVERY stinking penny goes towards interest and a fixed rate termed loan.
So I call the Quality (yeah Right) customer service division up and the run around starts with them asking me to send copies of my loand to them. Schmucks! They can do the damn work themselves. And finally I get what I think is a supervisor (most likely not) and he says that I should have in two weeks and answer to my questions. Well its been three and I called them and now they are saying that its going to take 5 or 6 weeks.
I have the opportunity to close this stinking account and I cant until I get all of this straightened out.
