Fairbanks purchased my loan and the sold the loan, I never even had time to make a payment to Fairbanks before they sold the loan. Fairbanks reported me 30 days late around 01/01/03 on a loan payment from 1999? I disputed the claim by providing proof of payment. Fairbanks then made another date up without any proof.
They do not return calls or allow you to talk to a supervisor. The customer service personell with the exception of one were all rude and pissed off.
