We re-financed with another mortgage company. Our loan with Fairbanks Capital Corp. Was completely paid-ff on March 7.
Fairbanks Capital Corp. Is holding OUR money for 30 days that was due to us immediately after our loan closed. They have advised us that this is their policy.
This is unfair slow-processing and a rip-off scam so that they can earn interest on our money for 30 more days.
Our Escrow and Title company even told us that this is a bogus way to earn interest and do busines.
We would love to call them and tell them that we want the interest that they earned on OUR money.
