Poor customer service and no communication

I applied for a loan for $49,000.00 for a mobile home on August 15th. On Aug 20th they called for more info and I was told I would hear something within 48 hrs. After repeated calls, messages left on voicemail, I heard nothing and my repeated calls and messages were left unanswered.

FINALLY today, Aug 29th, the receptionist checked on the statis for me. Although it was declined, the date it was declined was Aug 24th! So for 5 days, I was leaving messages and calling. The least they could have done was call me and let me know instead of wasting my time and leave me hanging. Their reps are unreliable and service is poor to say the least. I am glad it was declined as with this kind of pre service, who's to say what kind of service they would have provided in a sale. Very unhappy.
