Approved me for loan, Spent $5.00 faxing papers, called, left messages, finally contacted, faxed $2.00 more, then they declined application

I applied for a loan at Apple Fast Cash Personal Loans. They sent me an email asking me to fax information to them. I faxed the material to them ($5.50). I didn't hear from them, I called, left messages, finally contacted them. They sent email confirming approval of loan, then they needed one more thing faxed to them ($2.00). After I faxed the information, they declined my application.
