Hi I sent my gold to the British Gold Refinery on 5th Feb with their next day delivery service. I left messages asking if had arrived, finally went online to find it had been. I then left other messges finally speaking to 'Peter' at 16.56 on the 8th. He said they were still assessing it and would call me. After many more calls and left messages someone finally called me on the 12th to give me the value of £430 (Their online quote was £831.38). I had previously taken the same jewellery into two local places in Devon where they quoted me £600 so I told him to return it. He did not want to return it but eventually said he would but it would take 10 days as they only post on a Thursday! This would have been the 14th. Today is the 1st March and I still have not received it. I have left many more messages with today's saying if I do not hear by 2pm today I shall call the police. It is 12.37 and they haven't called so far.
Can anyone please offer any help?
