I ordered a scanner from this company on Jan. 19. After a week without any e-mail confirmation (or receiving the item) I went online to check out the order status. The order was listed as "In Process."
I began trying to call the company on Jan. 29 — there was never any answer, not even a way to leave a message (they asked callers to e-mail the company). So I began sending e-mail messages to the company on Jan. 31 to all relevant departments: sales, customer service. At the same time, I kept calling with no answer, ever. I finally was able to leave messages on the sales line and strongly requested that they return my calls.
After multiple messages — both voicemail and e-mail — I finally called my credit card company (on Feb. 2) and disputed the charge.
Unfortunately, I checked out Page Computer's Better Business Bureau rating AFTER realizing this company was a disaster and saw their rating was a "D."
