Spent over $700 on recent order, months later receive only 1/2 of order, and only after repeated unanswered messages

I was a repeat customer of Steebar. Most orders were handled well. Several required repeated messages that went unanswered, though eventually were received. My last order went over two months without being received nor was notification or explanation forthcoming after repeated emails and calls. After threatening to contact the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, half of my order was finally sent. Weeks go by and I begin calling and emailing to inquire about the remainder of my order. No response nor product to this day. A fellow artist who, early on in my Steebar experience, also had ordered product and has also experienced the same lack of communication as well as product. Summation? Liquid Glass is a great product, when you can get it; Steebar is a terrible company from which to get Liquid Glass.
