I was receiving fake text messages continuously at the end of every billing cycle. When that became very horrible i contacted customer service whether they can block the text messages or about the person who is sending me bogus text messages. But they are saying that i need to go online to see the person who is sending the messages and i need to contact that person to tell him/her not to do that again. I wonder how the customer service person can answer like this. If a number of persons are sending me messages do i need to contact each & every one? When i asked the customer service representative to block the messaging service they answered that they cannot do that.
So in essence i need to pay additional money for each bogus text messages i receive (taxes).
If they don't have any control of the messaging service and if they don't know anything about the sender, anybody can send anything to anybody.
To me this seems weird...
So my question remain unanswered..
The only thing i can suggest is to tell my friends & relatives not to take the T-mobile service..
T-MOBILE customer service is very very very bad. They are rip off.
