DEBT-XS still allowed to operate in a few states.
No matter how desperate you are, don't ruin your reputation by associating with DEBT-XS, their mortgage company, or their slippery insurance company.
Put their wording aside, you will be required to
totally stop paying your debts for two years under
this program. Debt-XS may call this "aging your account"
but it is a fabulous way to get your ass sued by your
creditors.
If you accept their offer to refinance your house through
their mortgage company, they will end up with your house.
This company should be considered a domestic terrorist
group and they will sell you out in a minute if you fall for their scam. They operate like a car dealer and love to take advantage of older women who have huge medical
debt, people who own property they can take, etc.
Using Debt-XS or any other debt settlement will look the
same on your credit report as bankruptcy and you are dead
in the water with the interest charges piling up if you don't make payments.
If you think insurance companies and credit card companies are scum, you have living Hell waiting for you if you talk to Debt-XS.
