I recently moved to a new state and notified WF Financial of our new address for two accounts we have with them. One of which said that they never received a new address or payment in the last 90 days.
We always pay our bills as we receive them. I received a harassment call from their employees in the collection department in Iowa (I spoke to two of them and they had absolutely no people skills whatsoever or education - Mike Krammer & Ron (Urbandale, Iowa office) They were yelling and arguing with me about my one account which still did not have the correct information on file. I could not get a word in edge wise.
They said they would be calling daily until payment was made. I went to my Bill Pay account with "Wells Fargo" and there it was, payments made on time in November (that was not 90 days ago). When they call again tomarrow, I will fax them a copy of payments recorded by my "Wells Fargo" account that say "checks cashed".
This kind of harassment in credit companys is getting worse and is unacceptable and unnecessary. They have not right to call and harass because they have incorrect information. They might be better off hiring trained staff with people skills then to loose customer. They frankly don't care who you are or what records you have of payment. They just want MORE money NO MATTER WHAT and they want it NOW!
I will be paying off my accounts with them and will never do business with them again. How sad that our world is coming to such negativity and stress. My husband fights in the military for our country and this is what he gets in return!
