I applied for a credit card from Wells Fargo. After having trouble with the banking holding my deposits, I closed all of my Wells Fargo accounts inclulding the credit card.
I also closed out my AOL account. However Wells Fargo continued to allow AOL to bill my credit card. My husband has called Wells Fargo many, many times, each time he was assured that all charges would be reversed and our credit would be restored.
Imagine my surprise when I recently pulled my credit report and found a $500 past due amount on it from Wells Fargo. Now I have to send letters to all of the credit reporting agencies and again deal with Wells Fargo. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again! Ever!
