Lost my credit card payment or stole my money

I made a pay off payment to Wells Fargo over the phone. All information was verfied and the payment was suppose to have produced. Now day 7 into this mess the money has been taken from my account and no payment was noted on the Wells Fargo system. After numerous calls and information forwarded to them they still want me to WAIT and CALL them back. SERIOUSLY! My bank statement clearly notes a payment was taken from Wells Fargo and they want me to continue to call THEM! Where is the customer service?! Better yet where are the english speaking customer service reps. The people I've talked to barely speak english and there is so much laughing and yelling in the background that they can barely hear me. We have numerous accounts with Wells Fargo all of which will be closed after this incident as I can't deal with a company who has such awful customer service. Let alone a company who stole my money and has NO record of it!
