I have never been late on any payment to Wells Fargo on ANY account.
I have in fact ALWAYS paid well in advance, and well more than the minimum amount!
I have my bank statements to prove this.
Wells Fargo refuses to acknowledge these facts and apparently is unwilling to discuss what happened, but rather only wishes to cause me distress.
All details as I know them, are available for request, and may, as well, result in the complicity of my "payor" bank Washington Mutual and online systems of payment and account management.
