I am the type that always reads "the fine print" when I do business. When I did not understand a term or section, I foolishly highlighted it and asked THEM what it was about. OMG—LIES! I guess that is what you get when you ASSUME that you will get a truthful response to questions. Now I know that their are MILLIONS of others out there that feel the same way.
If you are like me, a single parent, lower income, or self employed-you are their target. They make everything so quick, and positive, that by the time you have realized you have been scammed, it is too late, and you are paying more in interest, and of a 700.00 payment, 640.00 is in interest!
Sound impossible? It isn't and that is why Ameriquest is now shelling out 325,000, 000 for their "predatory lending".
